Register YourNeedak Rebounder
By registering the rebounder serial number you allow us to find the production lot from when the rebounder was built. The serial number helps us to determine if your rebounder is still under warranty.
We also use the information to track the history of the rebounder with the serial number. A log is kept of any replacement parts, such as springs, sold for that particular rebounder. We recommend occasional replacement of the entire set of mat springs. The structure of any spring changes over it’s useful life and eventually lose its resiliency.
The serial number is most easily seen when the rebounder is upside down. Look for a small sticker on or inside the frame. If you have a folding rebounder it should be on or near one of the hinges.

Rebounder Warranty
In manufacturing the Needak® rebounder we insist that only the best materials and workmanship available be used. This assures us that the Needak® rebounder will be the best, from the standpoints of design, performance, and durability. Consequently, Needak Manufacturing LLC (NMLLC) offers the following limited warranty on each rebounder.
Residential Use
Needak® Manufacturing. guarantees the following items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods indicated:
- Frame, frame hinges, platform pins, and leg tubes have a lifetime warranty
- Mat fabric and sewing have a five (5) year warranty
- Mat springs, mat cleats, clevis pins, leg tips, and leg springs have a two (2) year warranty
Commercial Use
Needak® Manufacturing. guarantees the following items to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the periods indicated:
- Frame and frame hinges have a five (5) year warranty
- Mat has a two (2) year warranty
- All other parts have a one (1) year warranty
Purchaser and their authorized or associated users (Purchaser) acknowledges that NMLLC does not practice medicine, diagnose illnesses or conditions and is not rendering such professional services with regard to its products or any information provided. Any information provided by NMLLC is intended as historical, instructional, or for general information purposes. Purchaser agrees to consult a healthcare professional before using any exercise device or beginning any exercise program, especially if pregnant, have pre-existing conditions, or are under the care of a healthcare professional.
Any piece of exercise equipment may be dangerous or even deadly if used improperly, negligently, and/or illegally. Purchaser will be responsible for appropriate setup, use, and maintenance of this rebounding unit and/or accessories. Purchaser agrees that they will use merchandise in a safe and legal manner, consistent with all applicable laws, recognized safety rules, and good common sense. Purchaser agrees to receive appropriate instruction in the use of the merchandise and train and supervise all authorized or associated users including minors and untrained or immature individuals.
Purchaser agrees to assume all risks related to and/or arising from your ownership and use of the merchandise and to indemnify and hold NMLLC harmless from any and all claims against NMLLC related to and/or arising from your ownership and/or use of the merchandise and shall not hold Needak Manufacturing liable for any loss whether direct, indirect, bodily injury, or consequential damage.
Purchaser is responsible for determining whether merchandise and information in any NMLLC documentation are appropriate for Purchaser’s use. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser only and is non-transferrable. It is valid for users not in excess of 300 pounds. No express warranties are given except for the above written warranties specifically provided by NMLLC. All implied warranties including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. Return Policy
Many people misconstrue a return policy with returns for warranty service. Returns for warranty service are relatively rare. Since the parts of our rebounder are user serviceable, the few issues that arise may be corrected by the purchaser. Therefore, all returns require prior authorization so we can learn the nature of the return and determine the best course of action. Purchaser is responsible for shipping on all returns.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and the product must be in like-new condition. Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. 15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to cover the cost of cleanup or damaged components. A restocking fee may be waived or reduced if the product is returned unopened and in like-new condition. Video products may only be returned if they are in their original cello-wrap.
Contact Needak to receive authorization, obtain a return number, and packaging instructions.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately before opening. The delivery carrier may want to examine the packaging undisturbed. If the packaging has not been opened, the item may be returned free of charge. However, if the package is opened without a shipping company representative present, they may charge you to return the damaged item.
