Needak Rebounders Return Policy

All returns must be pre-authorized to be considered for a refund. If your product was purchased through an authorized Needak reseller, all returns need to be approved with that reseller.

All return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the product. 

Returns are at the expense of the customer. There is no refund for any shipping costs.

We encourage returns be made via Federal Express or optionally the Postal Service. UPS has a terrible record for seriously overcharging customers as well as damage, denial of claims, and leaving packages unattended overnight and in foul weather.

Rebounders and stabilizing bars-Returns should be made in the original packaging and packed sufficiently to prevent any damage during the return.

Needak reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. If carrier damage is due to improper customer packing or neglect by the carrier, the restocking fee may be adjusted to 50%.

Media/books-A restocking fee of 50% will be charged for any opened packaged or damaged book.

Replacement parts-Needak reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns. If parts are missing or damaged, this restocking fee will be increased.
