Many people misconstrue a return policy with returns for warranty service. Returns for warranty service are relatively rare. Since the parts of our rebounder are user serviceable, the few issues that arise may be corrected by the purchaser. Therefore, all returns require prior authorization so we can learn the nature of the return and determine the best course of action. Purchaser is responsible for shipping on all returns.
Returns must be made within 30 day of the date of purchase and the product must be in like new condition.
Shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
15% restocking fee will be deducted from refunds to cover the cost of cleanup or damaged components. Restocking fee may be waived or reduced if the product is returned unopened and in like new condition.
Video products may only be returned if they are in their original cello-wrap.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately before opening. The delivery carrier may want to examine the packaging undisturbed. If the packaging has not been opened, the item may be returned free of charge. However, if the package is opened without a shipping company representative present, they may charge you to return the damaged item.
